Seismitoad -- Dragons Exalted Pokemon Card Review

Seismitoad Dragons Exalted Pokemon Card
Pokemon Card Overview:
Today's Pokemon Card Review is of Seismitoad from the Dragons Exalted Pokemon Card Set.  Seismitoad is a stage 2, water type Pokemon card, with an hp of 140.  Seismitoad is the stage 2 evolution of Palpitoad, and before that Tympole, both of those Pokemon I have reviewed the past couple of days, and both of those Pokemon are in this set.  Seismitoad has a x2 weakness to grass type Pokemon, no resistance type, and a two colorless energy card retreat cost.  Seismitoad does not have an Ability but it does have two moves, the first move is called Echoed Voice which requires three colorless energy cards and does 50 damage, and if you choose to use this move the next turn, this move does 100 damage instead of 50.  Seismitoad's second move is called Drain Punch which takes four energy cards, three colorless and one water, and does 80 damage and heals 20 damage from Seismitoad.

Pokemon Card Strategy:
So as far as strategy goes, since Seismitoad is a stage 2 Pokemon, I would recommend evolving Tympole into Palpitoad and Palpitoad into Seismitoad on the bench, once you get three energy cards attached to Seismitoad I would move it into the active Pokemon spot and use Echoed Voice the first two turns so you can basically do 75 damage a turn for only three energy cards.  After that, I would use Drain Punch every turn because not only does it do more damage than Echoed Voice but it will remove damage from Seismitoad every turn, thus making Seismitoad's hp seem even higher than it already is.  I would use a 4-3-2 line of Tympole, Palpitoad, and Seismitoad in a partial water deck, as you can see, Seismitoad requires mostly colorless energy cards to attack so this card will fit in well in almost any type deck as long as there are a few water energy cards in that deck.

Pokemon Card Rating:
I would give this card a 4 out of 5 rating.  To me, this is an above average stage 2 Pokemon card, I like that it has a good hp, and two great moves, both moves can do tons of damage which is always what you want from a stage 2 Pokemon card.  Another thing I like about this card is that it has a low retreat cost for how many energy cards it needs to attack, so if you do get in trouble you can always retreat this card and not too much later move this card back into the active Pokemon spot and start attacking again.

How Many times will i say this! u do NOT put pyramid shaped lines in deck! plus echoed voice does 450 damage in 5 turns, which is 90 per turn, not 75.
